  • What exactly is sprade.com?

    Sprade.com is a browser-based application that maps and alleviates the daily work processes of all protagonists in ice hockey. The composition of the platform uses current web 2.0 features as well as diminutive IT-modules, comparable with software as a service (SaaS). These combine together with other components - such as useful information about clubs, agencies, and a blog with daily news about the sport - to a specific brand with idiosyncratic island position character, multiple benefits and attractive aspects of entertainment value.

  • Who can join?

    Players, coaches, manager and agents are able to become members of sprade.com.

  • What are the memberships?

    After the free trial period the user has the option to purchase a premium membership. By purchasing this membership, he is able to use the entire range of all functions given on sprade.com. If there’s no premium membership acquired by the user, an automatic declassification of the member in a BASIC membership takes place. The BASIC membership allows only a very limited use of the platform.

  • How important is the profile status?

    The profile status is displayed in the right section of the home of sprade.com. The profile status gives information about the period of time you are a member of sprade.com, the kind of membership, how often your page is visited by other members and if your profile is completed with all individual contents.

  • How do I improve my profile status?

    The complete display within the profile status can be influenced positively by filling the personal profile with individual information. The more personal content (focusing on the "About Me", "Hockey Pics", "Hockey Vids", "contacts ", "Stats") of users are introduced in the profile, the greater the completeness of the profile.

    The value of completeness has also positive influence on the probability to be found by other users and to make contact with them.

  • I have technical problems or need support, what can I do?

    If there are technical problems with the operation of the functions or you are in need of support and consulting services, you can ask the "sprade player, the "sprade coach, "sprade manager " and the "sprade agent ". Each user is automatically linked with these four profiles. These profiles are maintained by employees of sprade.com and will help you as “facilitators" and "jack of all ".
